WT Terminal is a financial publication. It applies nineteen independent analytical frameworks to a publicly traded security and publishes what each one concludes, along with the figures each relied on.

Its analysis is general and impersonal. The same ticker produces the same reading for every subscriber. We do not ask for — and the analysis does not consider — your age, income, net worth, tax position, time horizon, existing holdings, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. Nothing is adapted to your portfolio or your particular needs, because the product has no knowledge of them.

Saving a symbol to a watchlist changes which companies appear on your page. It does not change a single word of the analysis of any of them.

We are not a registered investment adviser, not a broker-dealer, and not a financial planner. Using WT Terminal does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship between you and WT Digital.

We do not manage accounts, hold client funds or securities, execute or transmit orders, or have any ability to trade on your behalf. Words such as Buy, Avoid, or Hold describe the conclusion of an analytical framework. They are not instructions, not personal recommendations, and not a judgment that any security is appropriate for you.

The readings are generated by large language models prompted to apply publicly documented methods of investment analysis — discounted cash flow, margin of safety, competitive advantage, macro positioning and others — to financial data retrieved from third-party sources. They are software output.

Each framework is named for the method it applies, not for any person. No individual investor, author, or public figure is affiliated with WT Terminal, has endorsed or reviewed it, or has any involvement in it, and nothing here should be read as representing any particular person's views.

Being specific about the limits, because vagueness here would itself be a misrepresentation:

• Language models produce confident, fluent, and sometimes incorrect output. A well-written paragraph is not evidence that its reasoning is sound or its figures are right.
• The same model may reach different conclusions on different runs of the same company. Analysis is a snapshot of one moment, not a stable fact.
• Where the underlying financial data is incomplete, the product is built to say so and to withhold a verdict rather than guess. That safeguard can fail.
• No framework here has been shown to produce returns. We publish no track record, no backtest, and no performance claim, and you should treat the absence of one as meaningful.

Prices, fundamentals, and historical series come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, restated, or wrong. Nothing here is real-time. Figures are not audited by us and are not warranted as accurate. Verify anything you intend to act on against the company's own filings.

WT Digital does not accept payment from any company, issuer, promoter, or investor relations firm in exchange for coverage, for analysing a security, or for any particular conclusion about one.

We do not receive commissions, order flow, referral fees, or any compensation tied to whether you buy or sell anything. We have no business relationship with any broker. Our only revenue from WT Terminal is what subscribers pay us directly.

Personnel may hold positions in securities the product analyses. Any such position is a personal holding, is not disclosed to the analytical frameworks, and cannot influence their output — the analysis is deterministic given its inputs and has no knowledge of who holds what.

Investing involves risk, including the total loss of principal. Past performance does not indicate future results. The value of securities rises and falls, and you may get back less than you put in.

Securities that appear cheap by any measure can continue to fall. Companies fail. Analysis that is entirely correct about a business can still be followed by losses, because price and value are not the same thing and can diverge for longer than a position can be held.

These disclosures supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where they conflict on a matter concerning WT Terminal, these disclosures govern.

WT Terminal is offered from the United States and is intended for use by residents of the United States. It is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where publishing or accessing it would be contrary to local law, and it is your responsibility to comply with the rules that apply where you are.
