Who we are

WT Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital studio providing AI consulting, automation, and web development services. Our website is located at wtdigital.org.

For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@wtdigital.org.

02

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

  • Contact and inquiry data — When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, budget range, service interests, and project description.
  • Communications — If you email us directly, we retain those communications.
  • Account data — If you create an account to access restricted areas of the site, we store your email address and encrypted password credentials via Supabase.

We also collect limited technical data automatically:

  • Usage data — Pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general geographic region via anonymised analytics (Vercel Analytics). No personally identifiable information is tied to this data.
  • Log data — Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and page requests. These are retained for security and diagnostic purposes only.
03

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and assess whether we are a good fit for your project
  • Communicate with you about potential or existing engagements
  • Improve the quality and performance of our website
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

04

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests — Responding to inquiries and maintaining business communications.
  • Contractual necessity — Processing data necessary to fulfil a services agreement.
  • Legal obligation — Where processing is required to comply with applicable law.
  • Consent — Where we have asked for and received your explicit consent.
05

Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Supabase — Our database provider, used to store contact form submissions. Data is stored in US data centres. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — Our transactional email provider, used to send notification emails when a form is submitted. See Resend Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — Our hosting and analytics provider. See Vercel Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on site, device type, and approximate location via IP address. This data is processed by Google LLC and may be used by Google for its own purposes, including advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this sharing may constitute a “sale” of personal information. California residents may opt out — see Section 08a below. See Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
  • AI service providers — When delivering AI consulting or automation services, we may use third-party AI APIs such as OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude), Google Cloud AI, or similar providers. If any personal data from your inquiry or engagement is processed through these tools, it is subject to those providers' data processing terms. We will inform you in writing before processing your personal data through any AI provider. See OpenAI Privacy Policy and Anthropic Privacy Policy.
  • Legal authorities — Where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of others.
06

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to manage our business relationships and legal obligations — typically no longer than 3 years after our last communication.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@wtdigital.org. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

07

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses the following cookies and tracking technologies:

  • Session cookies — Required for authentication and maintaining your login state. These are strictly necessary and do not require your consent.
  • Vercel Analytics — A cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool. It collects no personal data, sets no cookies, uses no persistent identifiers, and produces only aggregated statistics (pages visited, referrer, device type, geographic region at city level). No individual is tracked.
  • Google Analytics cookies — Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically _ga, _gid, _gat) to distinguish users and throttle request rates. These cookies persist for up to 2 years and track browsing behaviour across sessions. Google may associate this data with your Google account and use it for advertising purposes. These cookies are only set with your consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You may withdraw consent at any time — see “Managing your preferences” below.

Do Not Track: Our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, Vercel Analytics does not track individuals regardless of DNT status.

Managing your preferences: You can change your analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. Session cookies are necessary for the site to function and cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to log in.

08

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@wtdigital.org. We will respond within 30 days.

CCPA — California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know — You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our business purpose, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
  • Right to Delete — You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale — We share data with Google Analytics, which may constitute a “sale” of personal information under CCPA because Google may use that data for its own advertising purposes. You have the right to opt out of this sharing. To opt out, you may: (1) install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, (2) withdraw analytics consent via our cookie banner, or (3) email us at hello@wtdigital.org with the subject “CCPA Opt-Out”.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

To submit a verifiable consumer request, email hello@wtdigital.org. We will respond within 45 days.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information: To opt out of the sharing of your personal information with Google Analytics (which may constitute a “sale” under CCPA), email hello@wtdigital.org with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out,” or install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising this right.

09

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure database hosting with row-level security, and restricted access controls. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email if you are an active client.
